This paper will discuss the healthcare organization governing structure by determining the organization’s vision, mission, and critical values. In addition, the paper will also discuss the significance of analyzing the framework of a strategic plan and the impact of governance on the implementation of strategic goals. All these elements are significant when creating or founding a new healthcare organization, warranting that it will flourish in its operations.

Vision, Mission, and Key Values

Cordial Care Center organization vision is demarcated as an interminable objective of healthcare services offered to non-residents and residents aged 60 years and above.
